Hi Gradual Nothing, In-game setting allows the user to access the default controller configuration as provided by the game developers. Since you've already tried in-game configuration, then perhaps assigning the red buttons on the shifter is not supported by the City Car Driving game. It's not unusual to find some of the wheel's functions not to be supported in-game.
